Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can achieve. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness, and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the amount of fun and levels of energy you will experience will far exceed the discomfort. I specialise in working around limitations and finding positive lifestyle changes. Positivity and results beyond expectation are my passion. I'm a busy mum, business owner, writer, blogger, lifestyle coach and yogi who's worked in the USA, UK and Europe. I am a knowledgable trainer who can relate to you! Why Yoga? Yoga has brought me many things, strength, fitness, happiness, clarity and peace of mind. Accepting who you are and gaining awareness of that is the only way to achieve universal health. Yoga the union of body and breath gives each person an opportunity to find their own path to happiness without judgement. Join one of my classes where I share my expertise as a qualified Yoga Alliance instructor and Personal Trainer through the practice of yoga as a lifestyle and core foundation for fitness. Having trained in the USA and UK with Bob Smith, Ki Mcgraw, Shakta Khaur Khalsa and David Sye I have an ecclectic teaching style which is solid, consistent, strong, caring and discreet. My influences and lineage follow the  Hatha, ashtanga, Iyengar and yin styles. Specialities include power yoga, yoga HIIT, yoga 4 kids, working with limitations, postural and prescriptive practice.
